Time Limits - Carrier Liability:

1. Formal claims must be filed with the carrier within 90 days after the delivery date. Failure to file formal claim within this time will result in declination of the claim.



2. Carrier liability is limited to $0.30 per pound in the absence of a higher declared value or in the absence of any declared value. Any and all declared value equal to or greater than $20,000.00 must have prior approval and a prior approval number before the shipment is tendered to Moran Transportation Corporation. If the shipment does not have a prior approval number, the shipment will be covered at $0.30 per pound.



3. Carrier will not participate in concealed damage claims.
